Is there really hope when you can't see a way forward?

In this episode of Friday Freedom Moments, author Heather Lancaster shares encouragement from Jeremiah 29:11 and the reminder that God has good plans for His children, plans for a future and a hope. Even when circumstances make it difficult to see a way forward, God is not against you. He is a loving Father who wants to encourage, strengthen, and guide you.

Heather encourages us to remember that God's thoughts toward us are good and that His plans don't change with our circumstances. When negative thoughts cause us to lose hope or speak against ourselves, we can pause, take those thoughts captive, and ask whether they align with what God says about us.

As you head into your weekend, remember this: God is for you, not against you. His plan for your life is filled with a future and a hope.
