Young athletes in HYROX - Tiago Lousa, Dena and Tom Hogan

This week we are focussing on Under 18 athletes in HYROX. HYROX Youngstars has recently been relaunched and our guests were all in attendance with their children.

We consider how the event went and the future of young athletes racing in HYROX. We also look at how to coach young athletes in particular looking at the Hybrid Youngsters Coaching Platform.
