Tasneem lives in London, is originally from Birmingham, is of a working class Indian/Muslim background as well as being the eldest daughter/sibling in a family of four children and therefore truly understands and resonates with the experiences of many of our candidates

Tasneem is also the founder of "Out of office real talk" a page dedicated to helping minorities, women and those from underprivileged backgrounds take up space and does so through providing top tips and 1:1 mentoring sessions.
