A firefighter moves into a family-friendly neighborhood with his wife and child, but the rambunctious teenagers living next door quickly drive him over the edge. The teens late-night parties and escalating antics push the man to the brink. What begins as petty frustration spirals into a bitter feud between the two households. As tensions simmer through the summer, both sides grow increasingly frustrated. Simmering tensions finally come to a boil, erupting in a horrific conclusion during a Fourth of July fireworks display.
