Our host Hope is joined by Jamie Schanbaum, public health advocate and the founder of The J.A.M.I.E. Group, a nonprofit dedicated to meningococcal disease awareness, education, and prevention. Jamie is widely known for her leadership in vaccine advocacy following surviving meningococcal septicemia while a college student. She has played a key role in advancing meningococcal vaccination policy for adolescents, including legislation in Texas requiring vaccination for incoming students.
