What happens when we bring the Enneagram into the world of education?

In this first episode of Enneagram for Educators, you'll get an introduction to co-host Tawny Hall and the experience she'll bring to conversations about personality, communication, leadership, and relationships in education.

Tawny's career has given her a unique view of the education system from multiple sides. She's worked directly with students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs, supported families, managed child nutrition programs, worked in both middle school and early childhood education, and now serves in an administrative leadership role where she coaches a team of 25 educators.

You'll hear about what people outside of education may not see: the competing expectations educators carry from students, families, administrators, and coworkers, and why supporting the person behind the educator matters.
