I love having these conversations, because they help me find new ideas, examples, and ways of thinking about the work that I would never arrive at without the magic of our minds coming together.

 
Today I want to tell you about a really good example that came up on two different calls this week. It's not in the book, but it's a great ‘aha’ moment for anyone rethinking attention and social media.  (I think I heard a version of it here first).
