This week, I started shipping my new book, Your Attention is Sacred Except on Social Media, to readers around the world.

Even though I have lots of practice sharing my work in public, it felt really tender for this book to break free of its cocoon and fly to other homes.

I was both elated to share it and afraid of it being out there. Especially amidst the general stress, overwhelm, and literal government shutdown we're navigating right now.
