Rich's biggest regret? Letting NFL draft capital override his film room evaluations. He moved Kaleb Johnson up his board over Cam Skattebo simply because of draft position, despite his tape analysis favoring Skattebo. The lesson: stick with your February to May process, because post-draft adjustments have a ridiculously low hit rate.

Matt learned that even elite players like Justin Jefferson need competent quarterbacks and offensive lines. When everything crumbles around a superstar receiver, even the best talent becomes unreliable. Meanwhile, Garret went all in on 14 of his 21 teams, and all 14 made the playoffs with eight finishing as the number one scoring team. The takeaway? Avoid the middle at all costs.
