Episode Description

Dr. Drew Ramsey shares how food, nutrients, and lifestyle habits can transform mood, reduce anxiety, and support long-term mental health.

Dr. Drew Ramsey brings his signature warmth and humor to a deep conversation about nutritional psychiatry. He and Dr. Caroline Leaf explore how nutrient density, colorful “brainbow” meals, seafood, fiber, and fermented foods shape the microbiome, reduce inflammation, and support mood, focus, and emotional resilience. He also explains why food, psychotherapy, lifestyle habits, and connection form the true foundation of mental fitness.
