Amir Khusrau was a contemporary and a friend of Alauddin Khilji.  He wrote a chronicle titled "Khaza inul Futuh" (Treasure / Booty of War).  From that book and another of Khusrau's book called Ashiqa, a new Khusrau comes forth.  One, that our so-called historians, intellectuals, and poets never talked about.  Let us meet that Amir Khusrau based on his own words!  For more details, read about him here.
