About Olivia Campbell Cavendish
Olivia Campbell-Cavendish is a human rights lawyer and the founder of the Trans Legal Clinic. She made history as the first black trans lawyer in the UK (Garden Court Chambers, 2025). She has briefed MPs in Parliament on the human-rights implications of recent Supreme Court rulings affecting trans people and has served as part of the legal team supporting Dr Victoria McCloud’s application to the European Court of Human Rights. She is an ambassador for Stonewall Housing and was recognised by National Student Pride as ‘Activist of the Year.’
