Today we are exploring the power of your "yes" and your "no". Often times, I find myself in a conversation with college students who are feeling stretched thin and are coming to terms with how hard it is for them to say no and create boundaries. This causes the process of making big life decisions more difficult and overwhelming than it needs to be. We can learn how to make decisions from a place of conviction, not culture or habit.
