On the weekend of September 22nd of 2006, a 16 year old girl named Cassie Jo Stoddart was house-sitting for some relatives nearby. When they returned to the house that Sunday, they found Cassie brutally murdered in their living room. It didn’t take long for the authorities to hone in on two suspects, classmates of Cassie who seemed hellbent on acting out the movie ‘Scream’ in real life.
