More than nine years after 13-year-old Robert Bee vanished, a friend of his mother's has been charged with murdering him. Keith "Amy Jo" Brackett, 48, was paroled from prison in December 2025. Now, police in Pekin, Illinois say Brackett is the person who killed Robert Bee and hid his body in November 2016.
