Rachelleigh Galasso and Lacy Hocutt Jr. face charges related to the alleged abuse of their six children in Wake County, North Carolina. Hocutt is accused of raping a girl several times over a a period of years. Galasso is accused of abusing the children by neglecting their medical needs and keeping a 13-year-old boy in a dog cage.
