Going for a walk outside, spending time with my dogs and enjoying the sunshine. This morning I was in a crummy bummed out mood, but I knew that going for a walk would lift my spirts and improve my mood, so I did it anyways. Practicing the discipline of doing what we know is good for our mental health builds that discipline muscle so when the really bad days hit we can handle it.
