Sunday night can feel heavy. The weekend ends, Monday gets closer, and your mind starts filling with pressure—bills, work, family, health, and everything still unresolved.
Tonight we slow everything down and anchor ourselves in Scripture, starting with Isaiah 41:10: do not fear, for God is with you. This is a Sunday night prayer for anxiety, peace of mind, and rest. If your thoughts feel loud or your heart feels unsettled, this is a moment to breathe, refocus, and bring everything to God.
We pray through Philippians 4, asking for God’s peace to guard our hearts and minds when anxiety feels persistent. We lean into Joshua 1:9, speaking courage over the week ahead, and we ask God to restore identity when life feels overwhelming or unclear.
This is real, honest prayer for modern life—covering mental health, stress, burnout, financial pressure, sleep struggles, and the weight many carry quietly. We also pray for those facing appointments, waiting for results, or dealing with uncertainty.
The service closes with communion, remembering Jesus’ invitation in Matthew 11:28 to come to Him when weary and burdened. This is not about pretending everything is fine. It’s about finding peace in God when life feels anything but calm.
