Episode Description

Amy Sedaris joins Clinton, Carla, and Michael for an absolutely unmanageable half hour of Greek food, pine-cone crafting, and comedic gold.

Michael teaches his technique for Spanakopita Triangles—sautéing fresh spinach, mixing salty Greek feta with dill, scallions, pine nuts, and a little garlic, then folding and buttering phyllo “like little footballs” before baking.
