We decided, decisively and with a great amount of thought, to sit out Sundance and Berlin and South by Southwest this year. But Cannes's a callin', and we cannot resist the idea of at least one more festival season to chat about. So J Catherine and Andy got together to look ahead at what might play on the croisette- from the Neon lineup to the French obligations, we get into it all.
