In today's episode, Brock Johnson walks through a workflow built around Poppy AI that solves one of the most common bottlenecks in content creation — turning inspiration into action. Most creators scroll, save posts, and never do anything with them. This system changes that by automating the gap between finding content you like and actually producing your own version of it.The workflow starts with saving posts to a Google Sheet via an iOS shortcut, which Claude then pipes into Poppy AI daily. From there, Poppy extracts the reusable elements from each saved post — the format, hook, style, and script structure — and drafts a version tailored to your niche. You review, approve, and refine before filming and editing. Your taste stays in the loop; the bottleneck gets removed.
