In this episode I speak with Hackettstown High Schools Strength & Conditioning Coach Lenny Carida and three of his schools top athletes, Caitlin Nicholls, Cole Reardon and Alex Carida. Lenny begins the episode with his experience in the sports & training world and talks about his passion for seeing his athletes of all ages grow and prosper. Next, I chat briefly with each athlete as they tell a quick story of how they found passion for their sport and what's next for them.
