A recent online exchange between Donal Byrne (CEO of BRB Homes) and Joe Doyle (Construction Sector Business Mentor) sparked a lively debate about self-employment in Ireland. Donal argued that it’s becoming increasingly difficult to run a business and hire staff, while Joe pushed back, saying there has never been more opportunity to be self-employed in Ireland.
