I headed down to Brighton to sit down in the Hand in Hand Pub with Clark Left and Kate Hyde from Hand Brew Co, and David Elphick of Brighton Beer Blog. We talked about the brewery and how it started in the tiny local pub with a unique Tower brewery, as well as the new Brighton Beer Guide website, and much more.
