In the modern version of Christianity these roles and responsibilities are too often lost. The Pastor has become the "way" of understanding the word, rather than the builder of disciples. The relationship with Christ does not require a translator; it is rooted in the gift of wisdom given by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. That is the root of being 'reborn."
