Laura Becker is female detransitioner whose transition was partly motivated by autoandrophilia. She transitioned young, at age 19, but found that it further destabilized her mental well-being. After detransitioning, she finally began to make progress on her mental health and flourish.

Laura has been a detransitioner advocate for several years and is the author of the upcoming memoir, Surviving The Trans Myth: A Memoir of Detransition. Less importantly, she was the person beside me in the picture that triggered the blue dress controversy.
