Motherhood is beautiful, but that doesn’t mean you have to love every single moment of it.

There can be overwhelming days, exhausting nights, moments of frustration, loneliness, doubt, and times when you simply wish you could have a break. And none of those feelings make you a bad mom.

In this episode, we’re having an honest conversation about the parts of motherhood that don’t always make it onto social media. We’ll talk about the pressure to be grateful every minute, the guilt that can come with admitting you’re struggling, and why it’s completely possible to deeply love your child while still finding certain parts of motherhood incredibly difficult.

You can love being a mother and still miss your old life. You can be grateful for your children and still need space for yourself. You can cherish your family and still count down to bedtime.

You don’t have to love every second to be a good mother. You’re allowed to be human, to have hard days, and to give yourself grace along the way. 🤍

Tune in for a real and reassuring reminder that motherhood doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
