Today on Around Town Carroll County, we are talking with Katie Speert of Together We Own It.  Katie is doing wonderful and meaningful work for our community by working with at risk and homeless youth to help guide them in a healthy direction.  Started when Katie was just 19, Together We Own It was created from the need to help just one person.  From there Katie has grown the organization to serve many children in need and has impacted Carroll County greatly.
