We look at the garden as the first sacred space (the original temple), why the tree was placed there, why Satan approached the woman first, Adam’s failure to guard what was entrusted to him, and what “knowing good and evil” actually meant. We also follow the thread forward to Christ as the true Guardian who succeeds where the first man was silent.
This is not a children’s Sunday school version of the story. It’s a close look at the text, the overlapping of the spiritual and physical realms, and the choice that still sits in front of us.
