We sit down with Pastor Richie Johnson, author of Gifted For More, for a direct, practical conversation on the gifts of the Spirit and why the end time church cannot treat them like optional add-ons. When pressure rises, programs break. The Spirit sustains, guides, and empowers the church to keep moving when the natural can’t carry the weight.

We dig into the questions believers actually ask: Does God only give one gift to one person, or can the gifts “cross over” as the need arises? We walk through key passages like 1 Corinthians 12 and Ephesians, and we talk about what “the fullness of God” looks like in real life. Healing, prophecy, faith, and wisdom are not trophies for a few personalities. We believe the Holy Spirit is the master operator who can activate what the moment requires through any believer who is walking in the Spirit and willing to obey.

We also get very practical about church leadership and order. Titles don’t equal authority, and zeal doesn’t justify stepping out of alignment. We share how to build trust with your pastor, how to submit a prompting with humility, and how to avoid the kind of flesh-driven “spooky” moments that hurt people and damage churches.
