Brandt & Bennett’s Honey Wheat Bread
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp coconut oil (or other oil)
4 Tbsp honey
2 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/3 cups bread flour
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
2 tsp yeast (for bread machine)
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in the bread machine in order.
Choose the whole wheat setting, and let the machine run.
