We learn about the hormones, read all the books, listen to all the podcasts, explore the different strategies and systems, and build our own scaffolding to support our ADHD. This week on The ADHD Women's Wellbeing Podcast, I'm joined by Ellen Rowland, a Medical Herbalist and Aromatherapist who works 1:1 with neurodivergent people.

Ellen isn't here to replace anything that's already working for you.
