Sam Clements is curating a fictional film festival. He'll accept almost anything, but the movie must not be longer than 90 minutes. This is the 90 Minutes Or Less Film Fest podcast.

In episode 169 Sam is joined by Dave Wiskus, founder and CEO of Nebula, and producer on short film Power Trip. 

Dave has chosen Locke (85 mins). Directed by Steven Knight, the film stars Tom Hardy and the voices of Olivia Colman, Ruth Wilson, Andrew Scott, and Tom Holland.

Sam and Dave discuss the origins of the streaming service Nebula, the innovate and economic filmmaking of Locke, and how it influenced Patrick Willem's new short film Power Trip.
