In this episode, I’m joined by Alistair Judge who is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of AliKats, which provides sustainable luxury mountain holidays. He is also the Co-Founder of Cafés Vorlaz, a speciality coffee roastery in the Alps With climate change warming the Alps twice as fast as the global average, he helped launch the charity Montagne Verte, a brand new concept for leading environmental change funded by the community it serves. He tries to keep his desk time down to 25 hours/week and fill the rest of his time by skiing, biking, parenting his 3 kids, and tending to his garden and animals.
